Pan-American Life Insurance Group Bowls for JA

For close to 70 years, Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) has been part of the Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans story, supporting JA since our earliest years in the 1950s. That longstanding partnership continued recently with an evening of bowling, friendly competition, and fun in support of JA at Rock'n'Bowl in New Orleans.

PALIG employees and their families filled the lanes, competing against colleagues while raising funds to help JA prepare young people across our region for their futures. The event reflected a partnership that has endured across generations, built on a shared commitment to investing in young people and strengthening the Greater New Orleans community.

JA is especially grateful to Bryan Scofield who retired from PALIG this year for 15 years of dedicated service on JA's Board of Governors. His leadership has helped sustain the strong relationship between PALIG and JA and advance our mission throughout the region.

We also extend our sincere thanks to PALIG’s Jose Suquet, President and CEO, for his continued commitment to investing in the young people JA serves and creating opportunities for them to build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Behind a successful event is someone making sure all the pieces come together. Special thanks to Kristen Renfrow, PALIG Employee Engagement and Communication Specialist, for her work organizing the event and bringing PALIG employees and families together in support of JA.

As PALIG Community Engagement Director Heidi Kiesling shared following the event, “PALIG employees always have the best time,” and JA has the best time hosting such a wonderful group for a night full of fun and meaningful impact.
