A Picture-Perfect Day on the Course

Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans was thrilled to celebrate another outstanding year of the Crescent City Corporate Championship Golf Tournament, hosted by Blessey Marine Services, Inc. and Blessey Charities. The 26th annual event, held on Friday, October 24th, 2025, at the beautiful Beau Chene Country Club in Mandeville, brought together corporate partners, industry leaders, and longtime friends of JA for a day filled with sunshine, camaraderie, and spirited competition.

From the moment teams arrived for the 7:00 a.m. check-in, the energy on the course was upbeat and unmistakably joyful. Perfect fall weather set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable day as players made their way through Beau Chene’s picturesque fairways. Friendly competition, laughter, and genuine connection made it clear why this tournament remains one of Southeast Louisiana’s most anticipated annual traditions.

We are deeply grateful to our leading supporters who make the Crescent City Corporate Championship possible year after year, including Blessey Marine and Blessey Charities for hosting the tournament, Southwest Shipyard, L.P. as the 2025 Title Sponsor, and AccuTRANS as the Presenting Sponsor.

Their generosity, along with the support of every company and individual who joined us on the course, helps ensure that thousands of students across our region have access to JA’s financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship programs.

We were thrilled to award First Place to Team AccuTRANS for their exceptional performance on the course. This year’s winning team—Odley Banks, Michael Johnson, Chase Osorno, and Gavin Osorno—demonstrated outstanding teamwork and competitive spirit throughout the day. Congratulations to this remarkable group!

Since the tournament’s inception in 2000, Blessey Charities has donated close to$4 million in net proceeds to Junior Achievement programs. This transformative support ensures that JA can continue preparing young people to succeed in work and life by teaching the principles of free enterprise, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career readiness.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who participated, sponsored, or volunteered. Your partnership strengthens JA’s ability to empower the next generation, and we look forward to seeing you on the course again October 23, 2026 for another extraordinary day.
