Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans Hosts Breakfast to Celebrate State Farm's Support

Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans expressed its gratitude as it hosted a breakfast event for local State Farm agents, honoring State Farm’s support of JA programs. The event, held on February 22, also aimed to inform agents about opportunities to volunteer within their communities.

Among the esteemed guests were agents Amy Falcon, Ramona Deculus, Reginald Grace, Courtney Gulledge, Torie Taulli, Bryan Schexnayder, and Barcley Steib, all representing State Farm and demonstrating their commitment to fostering educational initiatives in the Greater New Orleans area.

The event provided a platform for Junior Achievement to express its appreciation for State Farm's continued support of JA programs, including JA In-Class programs, JA All About Cars, and JA Finance Park. These programs play a vital role in empowering local youth with essential financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship skills, helping them succeed in today's competitive landscape.

"We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support from State Farm and the dedication of their agents to the mission of Junior Achievement," said Larry Washington, President of Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans. "Their involvement not only enriches the lives of our students but also strengthens the fabric of our community."

State Farm's collaboration with Junior Achievement underscores its commitment to corporate social responsibility, and its belief in the importance of investing in the next generation. By supporting educational initiatives like those offered by JA, State Farm agents are actively contributing to the development of a more financially literate and economically empowered society.

The breakfast event not only celebrated past support but also paved the way for continued collaboration between Junior Achievement and State Farm. By equipping State Farm agents with information on how they can volunteer with JA in their neighborhoods, the event set the stage for a brighter future, where more young people can benefit from JA's transformative programs.

As Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans and State Farm look ahead, they are united in their shared vision of empowering the next generation and building a brighter, more prosperous future for all.
