Sign up today to be a JA classroom volunteer. This school year, more than 1,300 classroom volunteers were needed to present JA's hands-on economic education programs to classes in public, private, and parochial schools in New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana. Volunteers attend a one-hour training session (at JA or their organization) or can train online. Volunteers then present to classrooms five to seven 45-minute JA economics sessions. Programs are age appropriate and are offered to students in grades K-12. See our Local Programs web page for more information about the JA Curriculum. If you would like more information about volunteering, email Jochen Kranz at jochen@jagno.org.
