~ Restaurant ~

The Restaurant is just one of 14 businesses within the 10,000 square foot JA BizTown.  The Restaurant’s primary purposes are to store and serve customers their sack lunches and to sell drinks and packaged food.

Key Features:

Lunch Service: customers drop off their sack lunch in the morning, and at lunch time, the servers will seat the customer in the restaurant, take their drink order and bring their food and drink

Drinks: juices are available as well as coffee and soft drinks for adults

Snacks: customers can order pre-packaged food, such as M&Ms, Skittles, Cheez-its and Chex-Mix.

Clean Lunch Environment: the servers must also clean the tables, chairs and the floor

Human Resources:

CEO – the boss; must manage employees and the company to pay back a business loan and earn a profit

CFO – handles paying bills, trips to the bank and all accounting

Servers – take customer orders and serve food and drink

Capital Resources:

 

Tables, chairs, flat-screen TVs, brooms, dustpans, mops, refrigerators, display racks, sink, aprons, napkin dispenser, storage cabinets, etc.
