Leasing: all businesses must pay their monthly lease in full

Legal Services include notarizing business loans

Appraisals of each business is conducted which includes the square foot area of the business and capital resources

Apartment Rentals are for one day and include very cozy accommodations in hip parts of town

Insurance coverage is sold for health, automobile, homeowners and flood

Human Resources:

CEO – the boss; must manage employees and the company to pay back a business loan and earn a profit

CFO – handles paying bills, trips to the bank and all accounting

Professionals – sell insurance, provide legal and auditing services and rent apartments
