Riverdale High Schools Students JobShadow at Capital One
From JAGNO Board Member and JA JobShadow host Katharine Kay:
One of the most recent programs I’ve been
involved with is the JA Job Shadow program. Through this, a total of 58 Students
from Riverdale High School in Jefferson, LA were invited to the bank for a
visit. They spent time shadowing various associates within the Bank to find out
about what career choices are available. The program provides life lessons and
important interactions with adult role models. It also shows the importance of
having bank accounts and being responsible with credit.
